Reservations

Reservations can be made either via email or phone.

In order to confirm and guarantee your reservation you must send a deposit of 30% of the total

Cancellation of the reservation

Within 30 days from the date of arrival: 25%

Within 15 days from the date of arrival: 50%

Within 7 days of arrival date: 75%

No show: 100%.

NOTE: If you decide to shorten your stay at the Podere Barbaiano after arriving, you still have to pay 100% of the entire reservation.

Arrivals and departures

The apartment will be available upon your arrival after 15:00.

The apartment must be vacated on the morning of your departure not later than 10.30 am.

- market days: Colle Val d’Elsa, Friday morning; Volterra, Saturday morning;

- supermarkets in Volterra open monday - saturday from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00p.m.; sundays 8.00a.m. 1.00p.m.;
